We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (STRICTLY WITH OUTBOUND SALES EXPERIENCE) to call out to customers and qualify leads that are a good fit to work with our Sales Agents.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Cold call out to leads who have shown interest in homeowner’s insurance quotes
  • Assess buying intent/interest
  • Assess product/market fit
  • Determine customer’s eligibility
  • Transfer qualified customers to our Sales Agents to close

Key Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience in outbound calling for Sales.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Strong WiFi/Internet connection
  • Basic computer skills

Bonus points for:

  • Prior call center experience
  • Prior Five9 experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to:

  • Communicate effectively with our potential customers and Sales Agents
  • Meet productivity expectation around call efficiency and productive phone time
  • Adhere to provided call scripting
  • Accurately qualify eligible leads
  • Take detailed notes based on customer interactions
